COVID-SECURE RE-OPENING PROCEDURES
The safety and well being of all our staff and customers is of paramount importance to us. Please follow all guidelines to help keep us and you safe.
•The maximum capacity of the restaurant will be set by the number of Covid-Secure tables available. The capacity will be managed by staff using table bookings.
•Bookings Only - You will be greeted at the door and led through to your table.
• all orders food and drinks will be table service only.
• Indoor table bookings should only be occurring in groups of up to 2 households this is customers responsible to adhere to.
•outdoor gatherings should only be in groups of up to 2 households (or support bubbles), or a group of at most 6 people from any number of households.
•polite reminder customers who are accompanied by children are responsible for supervising them and follow social distances.
•card contactless payment preferred however we do except cash.
•cutlery and condiments will be provided when food is served.
•Anyone, staff or customers , displaying any symptoms (principally a persistent new cough, a temperature or loss of smell) will not be admitted/sent home from the site and told to follow the government guidelines on self isolation
•Hand sanitiser will be available at our entrance, we encourage use before entering and leaving. More stations available throughout.
•It is down to the customer to take personal responsibility for good hand hygiene and social distancing when moving around the restaurant and toilets.
•we may request that all table bookings provide full name and contact number. We will keep a temporary record of your details for 21 days, to assist NHS Test & Trace with requests for data If needed.
•A deep clean of all areas has been undertaken before reopening

•Staff will clean high contact touch points on a regular basis such as doors, handles,
•toilets will be cleaned more regularly
•tables disinfected before and after every use.
